At Thats So Fetch UK, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping method to generate a prepaid QR code or printable shipping label for your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest designated post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit or refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
